South End- May through August honey. Clover and beginning of local vegetable and grain crops will make this honey rich with a butter taste and darker color.
This is our third honey flow of the season, from our local Carolina hives.
South End is wonderful for your summertime allergies, taking a teaspoon a day to build your immunity to those pollen's you are breathing in.

- Wonderful addition to a Charcuterie board.
- Drizzle on top of greek yogurt - you will only need a little, and it will add much sweetness!
