The Blue Ridge Harvest honey is another of our mountain honey full season extractions, that has a very strong very sweet flavor compound. The blue ridge harvest is going to have a little kick at the end of it, which many sourwood honey customers love. It has the sourwood tree nectar in it as well as other wild trees, mountain shrubs and wildflowers. These hives are placed in the northwestern part of North Carolina along the blue ridge parkway.
